Q. How long does it take to make my order?

Please allow up to 4 weeks for me to fulfil your order. I do try my best to get your order to you as quickly as possible but due to the handmade nature, large volume of orders, plus being a mum and running a household - everything takes time.

Q.Do you offer rush orders?

I dont offer a ‘rush order’ service but if you need your order by a specific date - please contact me and I will do my best to get it to you before then.

Q. Where are you located?

Nest Accessories is based in South East, Melbourne.

Q. Do you create custom products?

Unfortunately I cant offer custom designed products due to the volume of orders I have to make.

Q. My order has arrived damaged. What can I do?

I’m so sorry your order has arrived damaged. Although I carefully package your order, accidents can happen.
Please email me straight away with a photo of how it arrived and all details and I’ll be in touch with what happens next.
